Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Macfox bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Macfox electric bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Are the bikes water-resistant?
Macfox e-bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure washers.

Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Macfox bikes arrive approximately 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals using the toolkit provided in the box.
